Chef Lance's On Phillips - Sioux Falls

I think this is easily the best restaurant in Sioux Falls! Always a great experience with excellent food!!

Tried the Wellington trio sampler, delicious. The wine recommendation was spot-on.

What an amazing dinner service we had tonight. The new 3 coarse dinner was something to rave about !!! We enjoyed every bite and to top it of a 3 coarse wine pairing ! The Wellington trio was nothing short of delicious! The server was personable and attentive. Needless to say we will be coming back and are excited to see what more they have to offer !

Chef Lance's on Phillips is the perfect dining experience!Our server, Jacob, was a consummate professional. He knew when to approach the table and when not to. More importantly, his recommendations for our meal were spot on.Salads: My wife enjoyed the Wedge Salad and I enjoyed the Caesar Salad with Salmon. My wife's salad was the perfect portion size. My Caesar salad had an excellent in house dressing which, by adding salmon, made it one of the best Caesar salads I've ever had.My wife had the Smothered Chicken for the main entree. She was effuse in her praise of the dish, it being the perfect portion size not too much, and not too little. I, for the first time in my life, experienced the Beef Wellington, which was accented with a red wine demiglaze, asparagus, mushroom puree in the pastry, and Yukon Gold potatoes. Again, the portion size was perfect. The beef tenderloin melted in my mouth, the pastry was flaky and delicious without being heavy or soggy. The potatoes and asparagus were prepared to perfection.Lastly, the atmosphere. Chef Lance's occupies a large, well ventilated area in the Falls Center building. Despite the size of the room, the team at Chef Lance's has created a very intimate, warm, and, above all, QUIET ambiance that only enhances the experience of fine dining at this, one of Sioux Falls's best dining establishments.Thank you to Chef Lance and his team for making our 32nd wedding anniversary a night to remember. I cannot sing the praises of this restaurant enough. It is a must visit if you are in Sioux Falls and desire a fine dining experience.
