Ihop - Sioux City

We went on Xmas day for breakfast, 10am. I knew it was gonna be packed so I didn't mind the wait. I figured after we got our table they would be too busy for us. The guy serving us was AMAZING. Dealing with the angry Doordash people, the large crowd outside, helping put the sides on the plate in the kitchen. He made sure to always come over and ask if we needed anything. 10/10. I think his name was Jeff? Very heavy Spanish accent. The food was good, as always.

Food is really good if you like breakfast food or Burgers....OPEN 24/7... I've had really good experiences with serves here... very pleasant...the only DOWNFALL to our IHOP is...how old the restaurant is.

About 2 o'clock on weekday. almost empty. the waitress was hesitant to answer my answer? about a promotional spot I asked her about. she said they shouldn't really promote it. we didn't want to serve. I said she was back to order. I thought we'd bother her. She left to get out.

We went through at 15:30 and needed a break. what a surprise. bobbi was our server and was amazing. I am a gm from a hotel and their customer service was excellent. I expected late in the night a bad service, but that was beyond the expectations. I would definitely go back if I were going through this one.

Plenty of friendly and attentive staff. Food was fresh and delicious ?
