It is an old-fashioned decor that you can see in the restaurant as it has made an old style impression on me. The kitchen is good civic German according to the menu When I visited Mo in the evening, 21.11.22, I was kindly received by the staff and put into the room at a table. The employee welcomed me and asked if I knew that today is the day of the slaughterhouse and there is no menu. After that, the battle plate and everything that is on it, or you can choose briefly. In addition, the employee explained that it was also field salad, sausage salad, Schnitzel Putenschnitzel, should I not want to order a slaughter plate. Order: Waldulmer Spätburgunder red wine sweet 0,25 l for 4,80 € field salad with bacon and cradle for 6,80 € pork carving with frits for 14,80 € field salad beautiful large portion with bacon and many peeling delicious, ABER the tomatoes in salad... here was not cut away from the center of the stunk, as otherwise typical gastronomic (see pictures). While I had a few forks in my field salad, the employee with my carving came around the corner... with the words Attention Plate very hot and turned it on the second seat next to me and wished good appetite and went. I was shocked at this moment in two ways: 1. I was still at the appetizer there is a NoGo to get the next gear. 2. If the plate is as hot as he was, I don't think it's okay to put it on my table next door and I'm supposed to see how I get the shield to me a pity! Schnitzel two pieces in the pan roasted lemon so far ok. Summary: Unfortunately, there is no information on the HP website of the restaurant about when the slaughter plate days are. They could additionally mention that no menu is cooked as usual on slaughter days. I received a printed invoice on request, as I saw that some other guests were presented and billed before me, only one baro block.
We were in the beautiful beer garden under the week of the evening. This is located behind the house quietly perfect for a cozy gathering. The food was a pleasure and there is a new great action on the menu every time. Also the “Summer Sun Schorle” I can only recommend to everyone to make perfect drink to finish the evening.
Very good inn, characterized by cleanliness and good food! Locals also order to take the lunch table away! This speaks for itself and for constant quality! I'll press the thumbs to the host, that he'll find the necessary staff soon and the 'Sonne' seems for him!
As always all super food Excellent good there is always great lunch table! Otherwise, the carving dishes are always great!
During our visit the restaurant was very well visited, we even had to wait for the menu until the guests had chosen the side table. The waiting period for the food was relatively long, but first, the place was quite full and secondly, as we know, this speaks for freshly prepared. And we were rewarded with a delicious meal. What was less well noticed was the ambience and before all the corners. The facility is very standing somewhere in the 70s/80s....And the place could use a paint. The walls are very dirty, partly black in the corners. This makes the positive impression noticeable and therefore a star trigger.. There's a back exit, or better an A..GANG. The letters U and S are missing from the label. I find 13,80 for a carving with pommes and salads self-confident. It can be oriented well, there are in every place. But we ate something else... Nevertheless, in total I can recommend the restaurant, the kitchen was very good. And that's why you're supposed to eat... I would definitely return there.
