Chocolataria Volcate - Sintra

I did not think Portugal had skillfull chocolatier. But they do! I tasted four chocolate pieces at this chocolateria, ALL fabulous. The pear one is a speciality. I loved it and i don't even like pear usually. The Grand Marnier truffle surprised me but I won't tell you why... Try it. It is owned by a family that immigrated from Brasil many years ago. One of the sons speak English very well. The other son creates the chocolate daily. He studied his craft in France. Their boutique is 2 streets behind the train station. Easy Walk. I will go back for more when in Sintra.
