Order a sugar-free latte, get one with sugar. We're gonna report this and get an answer from a lady behind the counter, expect me to make you a new one for free? ! Shame rude! Make a mistake, but this is supposed to be fixed by the right product ordered and an apology is allowed. Clients can scare that woman away.

The caesar salad is way too expensive for whatever it is. I left hungry. The watermelon iced tea was just faint of taste. The service was fine, nothing to notice. Still, I went home disappointed. Too bad. I expected more...

Espresso as it should be, with a water and hotter chocolate variants this time.

Really disappointed after reading the reviews we decided to go here for breakfast. We arrived at 10.40am. Nobody took our order until 11am. We were then approached by a very rude waitress only to be told they had stopped serving breakfast and would we like some drinks instead. We left immediately and will not return. Maybe some training in customer service would be wise so you don’t lose any more customers.
