Legendary Siobak khas Singaraja. You have to try at least once when you visit Singaraja in North Bali. Their sate babi (pork skewer) and meatball also good to have.
At the beginning it was unique, but delicious at the end. Becareful with the chilies.. its not that strong but it might not suitable for everyone.
