The opposite is full of overpriced hotels that will offer them terrible rooms to not reasonable trips in the middle of the tourist river. if you want to experience a budget traveler who wants to stay in the mountains, this place is perfect. the negative aspekt is that we have been there during the wet season, so it has rained a lot and the rooms were really dumped: our bags were wet and the smell of the room was not exactly beautiful. on the other side, the price is cheap, the eating is excellent, there are hot water, the owners are friendly and helpful and the outsight is stunning. I'd go back.

This place is great. Sweetest family runs the place and they make amazing food. If you’re lucky, there might be some cool people staying there too to hang out in front of the fire with! Of course the rooms aren’t fancy, but for what you’re paying, you get more than enough. The view alone is worth the money!

It's a beautiful place to spend a few nights. Easy to access a tracking routes and waterfalls. Owners has a beautiful place to see a sunset. And you will have a chance to play on local instruments. You can refill a water here. On the other hand it's really cold in a rooms at night (end of March) and a lot of staff is old and broken (door to the bath, washer, etc).

Place to visit and stay at least one nigth to enjoy traditionnal dancing balinese with your dinner,,,,it s will gie you memory, and a sensation of little adventure.In morning with your coffe you wiil enjoy the vew of the two twince lake rigth in front of you,,,like an aigle up the montain you will have a great sunrise and feeling god and nature,,,,,,thanks to the family and staff for these present.

Loved this place because of the lovely family owners. Papajero organised cars for us and his lovely wife cooks in the restaurant attached to the accommodation. The food is lovely and reasonably priced. You are up in the clouds on top of a ridge with amazing views of the lakes and fields close by. A relaxing peaceful place to stay away from the cities, near treks and waterfalls.
