Bidra med feedbackWow, just wow. One of the best meals I’ve had in a long time and really appreciate all the thought put into each course. Everything was good, I urge you to go try it yourself. This was really one of those rare meals which I felt the passion and sincerity of the chef through the food. Bread was served fresh and warm, with olive oil and it was so so good. The waiters were lovely, they kept checking if we wanted more bread. I am so glad I came and I will definitely be back for more.
A delightful meal served via an unorthodox Italian methodology. I don't recall a time when I was not stuffed after patronising a great Italian joint. Braci was an exception, for good reasons. I was held back by my dinner companion from going the full distance. We ordered the 5 course instead of the 7. But it came with plenty of in betweens that made the dinner special. The chef did a lot of justice to the seasonal ingredient. Almost all the dishes were mind blowing and the one that stood out the most was the ice cream pate with kumquat jam. Very memorable. I'll let the pictures do the rest of the food talking. The service is attentive. The big bonus of the night was the nice cool weather which made our outdoor seating extra pleasant. 5 stars!!
Pricing: 8 course degustation menu cost 258$ which is in line with most fine dining, Michelin star restaurants. Ambience: We requested indoor seating near the kitchen, which was very cool. Seating space was on the smaller side but not uncomfortable. Overall a narrow/smaller space but that is a function of the location so not a specific negative point. Due to smaller space, ambient noise and other guests' conversation sounded a bit noisier. On a side note, the kitchen was distinctly quieter than most restaurants yet just as efficient, which is particularly impressive given the amount of dishes and coordination required amongst the team of 6 chefs. Food: Huge points for creativity in designing, creating, and presenting the food which gives Braci it's unique edge in the fine dining sphere. The chef clearly incorporates elements of traditional Italian cuisine and background while using more unique and diverse ingredients from other areas to create something different. Portion sizing was the main drawback however, each course was just a bit small to truly dig in and enjoy (to be fair that is a bit the point of a *degustation* menu) so we were left feeling full yet not truly satisfied. Flavours, while definitely unique, somehow didn't feel very memorable and did not leave much impression after the course was finished but this may just be a personal preference item. Service: Top service in line with fine dining status. The chef occasionally came over to personally explain certain courses and the inspiration and background which adds more personality to the experience. Staff were responsive to any requests with exception of only one minor request that was briefly forgotten. Overall rating was 7.25/10
I like the service provided by Sugan and team for my friend's birthday lunch! He is very attentive to my dining requirements and explains every dishes clearly and meticulously. Also, he is very helpful in providing short succinct summary of the dishes i had and will not hesitate to answer my questions when we are in doubt! Food is good and dessert are great! (Would prefer the pasta portion to be slightly more to make the whole dining experience more filling) Nonetheless, I enjoyed the dining experience at braci and will love to return again in the future to try out the other menu.
I had a wonderful dining experience at Braci. Sugan and his team were warm and attentive. They provided thorough explanations of the dishes, and it's clear that the culinary team at Braci is dedicated to selecting fresh, seasonal ingredients for their menu. The flavors were perfectly balanced, showcasing the best of both Japanese and Italian cooking styles. Braci also features a seasonal menu, ensuring that each visit offers something unique. I truly enjoyed my experience and will definitely return!
