Is this the most underrated casual fine dining restaurant in Singapore? The answer is yes. Every dish is well thought out and balanced to perfection. If I could eat here every day I could. Service was nothing short of amazing. Will return many times. Thanks again
I give 4 stars for the food. It was delicious, there was a lot of flavour and the presentation was creative and beautiful. Our main gripe was the pacing of the meal. There were many long pauses between the dishes. We started at 7.30 and we had not started desserts yet by 10.30. I think the service could be more attentive. The staff were very friendly but my water and wine glasses were not topped up regularly. They could also have observed the finishing of each course and tried to move it along. Overall the food won the night but I'm not sure if the overall experience was worth the price.
Some guests have noted that there are long pauses between dishes; however, this is intentional to allow your palate to reset and prepare for the next course. You can always engage in conversation with your partner during these moments. Chef Drew himself came out to check on us, and he was incredibly sweet and genuine. The staff is attentive and kind, providing efficient service throughout the evening. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
This restaurant is exceptional, focusing on a no-waste philosophy. They offer a selection of set menus that are both creatively presented and delicious. The taste and quality of the food are outstanding, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The service is perfectly paced for a multi-course meal. The space has a cozy, industrial vibe, and there’s a parking garage conveniently located just around the corner. Reservations are a must!
