Bidra med feedbackI am so disappointed with my lunch and it started from the beginning. I ordered online and did the half salad half shake. I chose the pick up in 20 minutes option and when I got there on time, I waited for another 20 minutes. I didn't love the shake but didn't hate it (just a very weird taste), but took a gamble with it so can't really complain. But the sandwich was disgusting. Lets start with with the bread, not only was it sooo soggy but the bread on each side did not match in size so every time I picked it up, the insides were falling out. Then the inside, I ordered the Cali sandwich, there was no avocado, the chicken (and lack there of) was chewy. Not to mention, this sandwich was TINY. It was half a sandwich but the inside of the sandwich was the same thickness as a piece of the bread. Take a look at the pictures, it looks gross overall. I really wanted to like this place, so this is very disappointing.
We had been going to clean juice in Simsbury for years and loved it, but the last 2 months have been so disappointing and it’s to the point we will be looking to find a new juice place. The inside of the store used to be so clean and inviting but this is no longer the case. The smoothies taste different each time we go, they are frequently out of items and I’ve been charged for mobile orders and then gone to pick up and they did not have my items but could not refund my money. Most recently we have tried to use the drive through and no one ever comes on to take our orders. As a loyal customer, I am so disappointed in the recent changes.
I love all the quick healthy options here. I stop whenever I am in the area. The egg salad sandwich with Avocado and feta on sourdough is a fave.
Great place to get healthy, fresh food. Drive thru is convenient for busy families! Everything is made to order, which is great for dietary restrictions.
The product is always good, but it takes forever. It usually takes 10+ minutes to order and get my drink when I am the only one in the facility.
