Bidra med feedbackWe went to order takeout at 2:00am and the waitress and the cook started treating each other badly with bad words. Terrible service in front of customers and burnt food!
My client and I come in at least 3 times a week and most of them know him by name. Megan knows his name and mine. She’s very sweet always knows what he wants. He’s older gentleman but knows how he wants his stuff and is never disappointed. They have excellent service. Great food, Megan is always wearing a smile..
It seems like you need reservations to enter this waffle house. Me and my family were turned around and publicly shamed for not knowing this. Honestly very disappointing service and way to manage this.
Came here pretty late at night, around 1:30AM. Our server was Jill and our cook was Nick, they mentioned they had only been working there for a couple of weeks but WOW! The service food were both out of this world! The restaurant was empty when my fiancé and I went, very relaxed, clean. Service was super quick and Jill was such a sweetheart the entire time. Food came out quickly and I must say Nick did an amazing job! I normally never eat my entire plate but it was so delicious I couldn’t help but devour the entire plate. We had fun chatting with Jill about music as they have a cute jukebox in the store. Overall the service, food, atmosphere and cleanliness was A+. Hoping Jill Nick see this, you guys were amazing! 10/10 experience especially considering it was my first time at Waffle House. Will definitely be returning soon!
Server was very sick (and visibly so) when I came in around 5am. She tried to social distance and not ‘spray it’, but only so much that can do.Whoever owns this place, please don’t send sick employees to work at a place where people go to eat…Restaurant tables were fairly dirty and unkept. Food was average for a Waffle House. My recommendation, wait until somewhere else is open or keep driving to another Waffle House.
