Mcdonald's - Simpsonville

Unfortunately a very sad costume service experience. If the staff reacts with Laud, what if you ask for a bunch of jelly for your cookie. Or if you need to ask 3 times, just excuse me so you can order an extra coffee. The lady was in front of me without headset, I was obviously ignored. And I've never been nice to them all the time that I sounded rude. But I became rude in return.

Today my children and I visited this place for lunch. Sometimes there is a good service and sometimes it is not dependent on which crew works. They did well today, but there were some problems. The woman who took my order was great, but the manager wasn't. I suppose she was the manager because she had a different color shirt. I didn't see her name, but her hair was in a bungalow and she had a blue shirt. She threw my order on me and ignored me when I tried to get her attention to ask for a straw and napkins. There was also a man who was there to get away, and I could curse him and complain not to get a break. I understand that everyone is stressed because of the pandemic, but this is not an excuse for settings and bad service. I think McDonald's should give employees a class of customer service because this is a problem in many locations, not just these.

Because it's not too bad a McDonald's. The food is on or above the quality they expect, my frits are always hot and the burgers/sandwiches are compiled mentally enough that the ingredients are not all stacked in a corner or fall the bungalow in the envelope. Their usually so busy at peak times that it is hard to complain about the speed of the service. Today there were about 20 cars in the drive thru and I had a great order, but it took under 10 minutes to get the food. Overall, I gave it 4 stars because I don't think it's a real opportunity for a McDonald's to be big enough for 5 stars.

How hard is it to get an order right? Apparently very hard for this place. They are always very disorganized. Order is incorrect or incomplete at least 60% of the time. Should we eat cookies and gravy with our hands? And seriously... eating a spoon, pancakes and sausage?????? In this place there are obviously bad management and training.

Been a while since i been here. Place was running good. Food was good. Dude in window was cool.
