Kfc - Simpsonville

I went there tonight at 9pm and got a big order that was $61.32 and got short changed I gave $80 in 20s but I got short changed by $7 and I can’t prove it because the recite says exact change and that’s not true.I get it was late but please do your job right till your shifts over !!!!!!!Food was good though !

The staff are professional and courteous.The restaurant is very clean.The food is delicious with fast service.Thank you to every employee there. ?

Yalls website and door says you close at 10. I pull in the parking lot. At 9 15 to see several employees standing around doing nothing. The lobby is closed and when I pull up to the drive thru. It's says we are closed. Instead of hiring lazy ppl who don't wanna work. Hire ppl that will and keep your restaurant open.

Did a Door Dash delivery from here. In and out. Time is money.

I ordered food at this location on 1/12/2024 at 7:22pm at the drive thru and the service was TERRIBLE. The associate on the drive thru headset was rude and short with the customers trying to order. No surprise when I reached the window she appeared not to really care if the order was correct or not. Of course it wasn't and we didn't find out until we reached home. Ha jokes on me. I will not go back to this location.
