Jersey Mike's Subs - Simi Valley

Delicious, the top sandwich from a chain restaurant.

The staff at this restaurant was extremely rude and were more focused on socializing with each other rather than helping customers. They were also wearing earphones while assisting customers and did not bother to change their gloves between different tasks.

Upon arriving at the restaurant, I waited for thirty minutes. Despite inquiring with the clerk multiple times, I was continuously told to wait. It was frustrating to see other customers who arrived later than me or even ordered after me receive their food and leave while I was overlooked. The wait for a simple sandwich was unreasonable, leading me to question if their dismissive behavior was influenced by racism.

4 lazy guys just walking around and doing nothing .I was waiting over there for one sub 20 min and keep saying we are working on it nut Nobody did it was online order that supposed to be ready 5 min before me arriving .I'm wondering how the owner pf thislocation deal with that

Walked in for a couple of giant subs. I was greeted promptly, and given attention by both employees behind the counter. Proceeded with my questions and orders. They listened carefully and executed. Sandwiches came out perfect. Thank you guys, keepup the good work
