Chili's - Simi Valley

I recently tried this restaurant and it was a great choice, especially with their 3 for 10 dollars special. Since my company relocated to Simi Valley, I have been exploring dining options in the area as we do not yet have a fridge at the office. I had a reward to use for the special, so I decided to get the sirloin steak with double fries and chips/salsa for my sides. Although I was disappointed that they did not have the Texas fries as an option. Ordering online and choosing curbside pickup was simple and convenient. When I arrived to pick up my order, I was the only one there, likely because I placed my order right when they opened. This Chili's location is located within a Costco, so be prepared for some traffic in the parking lot. A friendly lady came out within 5 minutes of my text and handed me my order, making sure I had all the sauces I needed. I really enjoyed the Sirloin Steak, just be sure to open the container slightly to let steam escape and prevent overcooking. Luckily, my office is just across the street so I did not have to worry about that.

Love this place. It is literally cheaper to eat here than a fast food location. They offer a 3 for me type menu that starts at $10. It includes a drink, appetizer or salad, and entrée. We also signed up for their rewards program and I highly recommend doing that. We have already earned some points for free stuff. The service so far has been great all the times we have tried this location. Drink refills and speedy service every time!

Ordered online tonight. Arrived waited for 15mins at curbside pickup as sign says to relax and wait. So we did. I watched through window 4 workers in the checkout room just talking looks like including manager. Noticed the car next to us was empty the guy came out with food walked to his car he didn't look happy. So I sent my son in. After 5mins I went in. The computer only allows to charge card if tips. Which I felt wasn't necessary we didn't eat in and no one even knowledged us. They forgot food when I checked the bag cus I had a weird feeling .. so glad I listened to that gut feeling... Asked for sour cream they said it cost. As they never charged when I ate in, in the past. So the manager says he doesn't care I tipped so on sour cream cost. I went home and the food was horrible and the queso was pure watery n greasy with maybe 6 pieces of beans. Will be coming back tomorrow for my complain. If you want your money worth I want my food worth I bought ! I didn't spend money for food that we can't eat

We went into the restaurant and it was half empty but taking a long time to seat people. Was a bit worried that they were very short staffed . But I could see a manager checking the restaurant, cleaning tables and telling the host where to seat people. Once we were given a table, the service was excellent with the person I assume was the manager, even refilling our chips. The food was quick and delicious. Although I figured the entire experience would be long, it was amazingly fast and efficient! Definitely worth waiting for a table when you know the service once sat would be fantastic!

I always love going to Chili's. Positive vibes and decent food. They also have one of the best **** Mary mixes.
