Baja Fresh - Simi Valley

This Baja Fresh is amazing! The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, the food is delicious and fresh. The management of this location deserves praise for a job well done. Make sure to show appreciation for your staff as they are top-notch, from the front counter to the kitchen. Even though we have another Baja Fresh location closer to us, we will definitely be coming back here.

Good Burritos, full of taste. The roasted salsa is a must, cannot get enough of it. Burrito Ultimo w/ checker with chicken is my go-to.

I hadn't eaten Baja cuisine in years, so I didn't have high expectations. However, the food was just as delicious as I remembered. I can't believe this place isn't packed like it used to be.

I placed an online order for pickup at this restaurant. The online system charged my credit card. When I arrived at the store to pick up my order, I found the door locked with a sign stating they were closed for maintenance (although it was difficult to read because it was blocked on the sides). It was frustrating to see that they had accepted my order and payment on the app despite closing their doors. As a result, my kids and I were left disappointed and hungry. I later found out on the Ventura County Health Department website that the restaurant had violated health codes and were unable to reopen until the issues were resolved.

Ordered food online went to go pick it up at 7:58pm ? The food was supposed to be ready at 8:06pm and the place was closed and they had charged my card!! totally shocked and can?t believe this happened, going to be calling corporate tomorrow. Says on their website and on the door that they don?t close till 9pm??
