Staff is friendly but very unorganized, and wait times for counter service is often way longer than you'd expect. I don't go to this location as often since new owners took
The service is BRUTALLY slow both in the drive thru and inside the restaurant.It's incredibly frustrating to have to wait so long for a coffee. After 10 minutes of waiting in line behind only three people, I gave up and left.Fix this!!
