When we opened up our order, everything was a mess and the ash-browns were undercooked, it was almost raw. I do not recommend this place on Sunday mornings just because she works there.
The new nasty trend is to lock customers out in freezing weather and refuse service since they are understaffed!How does the corporate Tim Hortons let this happen is beyond comprehension on the other hand?
Staff is incompetent and slow, overall all over the place. Orders are frequently wrong.

Good Tim Hortons. Rarely miss any items. Food is fresh.
