Bidra med feedbackWe often frequent this restaurant, which is why I am writing this review. Over the years, this establishment has undergone several changes, but it has remained a standout. The concept of a sushi restaurant in a remote location initially seemed daunting, but our first visit was delightful. Without a doubt, it serves the best sushi we have ever tasted, surpassing even renowned cities like Toronto, Detroit, and California. The portion sizes are just right, with a perfect balance of rice and fillings. One issue I have with many sushi restaurants is the excessive amount of rice in the rolls, but at Sakura, I am amazed by how thinly it is layered. We were concerned that the COVID-19 lockdowns might threaten the survival of this gem, but thankfully, it has endured. We have brought friends here regularly, and even those who are not fans of sushi have found something delicious on the menu. The variety of rolls is outstanding, with favorites like the Legendary Roll and the Mixed Dragon Roll. For those who may complain about the prices, the sushi here is truly an art form.
This restaurant sets a high standard for amazing sushi. I will definitely recommend it and return for more. It is authentic and delicious.
The rolls and sashimi were so good? love that they didn't put much tear in the rolls.
Wow, I had a fantastic experience at Graphic Norfolk. I recently moved here and was delighted to discover Sakura Sushi. The food was amazing and the service was very friendly. I especially enjoyed the fresh salmon sashimi, which was served in generous portions. I will definitely be returning.
A total surprise.. the menu is terrific and, what matters most, the sushi is very fresh and perfectly prepared. The sashimi portions are HUGE, not at all what we were expecting. The service is excellent, friendly and welcoming.
