Little Caesars Pizza - Simcoe

Awful experience almost every time I go here at lunch 12pm. There should typically be pizza ready for lunch but never is when the young guy is working that day, the ladies almost always have pizza hot and ready and can't complain with them but the young guy needs to go, complaining at the window when I pull up saying cold and I don't wanna be here yea that speaks volumes to a customer, that should never be said to a customer at any business. Other than that awful employee this place has quick service, delicious pizza and friendly people.

Although the wait was a little longer than usual, the food itself was really good. For cheap pizza, it's tasty, especially the stuffed crust. And I could drink the garlic dipping sauce!

Was a Five Star in the past3 times this month I waited in the drive through for 10minutes and nobody came to the window. The last time I actually went into the store and found that the staff had the cash system torn apart. They are short staffed and all relatively new and untrained. I miss the old staff that kept the place running smooth.

Good food, fair pricing, quick service and friendly staff.

The customer service is excellent, every time I have been they’re very friendly and always have other options if what you want isn’t there. The pizza itself is typically pretty good, you’re getting what you pay for, I wouldn’t say to go there anywhere close to closing though or it will be barely edible.My main issue is that every time I’ve been there, there is no medium pepperonis. I really am not exaggerating when I say that. I have honestly never been to a Little Caesars where they didn’t have them or at least have one in the oven that would be coming out soon. Which is really the main reason to go to Little Caesars over somewhere else in my opinion.
