The Den - Silver Star Mountain

Varied selection of dishes. The pork belly was delicious, but the salmon was a bit unusual. The poutine was unique compared to other places we've tried. The staff was very attentive and well-informed.

Great food , easily the best we had while we were in SilverStar . Good atmosphere , good service , reasonably priced but dinner a bit more expensive . May need to book however some of the time .

Good atmosphere and friendly service. The braised beef was excellent. The salmon special had a miso and fennel broth, and I asked if I could have it without. Instead, they offered a completely different accompaniment to the salmon, which I was really happy with.

Until the Christmas/New Year crowds hit, this was our ‘go to’ for lunch each day good range of options on the menu and the daily soup/wraps were reliably very good. The staff was very friendly and a lot of fun. The Den is conveniently located not only to the centre of the resort but (importantly for our group) adjacent to the ski school. Only downside was that once the crowds arrived, it was almost impossible to get a table. We also had a very good Christmas Eve dinner here best turkey on the mountain in 2022 !

The drinks were stellar, the food was better. Staff super cool and friendly. Best wings on the mountain no doubt. Will always come here instead of Red Antler.
