Thai At Silver Spring

I was really looking forward to trying this spot because I?ve only heard good things but the customer service is pretty non existent. I have a gluten allergy and typically Thai is good because they don?t use a lot of gluten. I ordered a crispy duck (no indication that it had gluten from the menu). Upon taking the first bite, I noticed a light breading. I picked up the phone and called to confirm before I got sick. I was connected to what seemed like the manager. After

The food service where both great! Appetizers, dinner especially dessert was delicious we will definitely be back to dine.

I've been here several times mostly because of co-workers or colleagues who preferred Thai At Silver Spring. I enjoy their lunch specials. A much better deal than coming here for a regular dinner. The lunch specials include a generous entrée, your choice of appetizer and a soda. For Thai Iced Tea, you will be charged extra (an entire drink price, instead of the difference between a soda and Thai Tea which is what I would expect). The food however is VERY inconsistent.

Delicious dishes, clean and lovely kind staff. I had the Thai Noodle soup so well. I would recommend this quiet spot on the 2nd floor in the heart of Silver Spring.??
