Bidra med feedbackTaqueria Ajua is one of the few food trucks you'll find in the large parking lot, by the Unique thrift store. You can't miss it, as it's silver in color and is the only one with the long lines! The menu is simple, offering tacos, tortas, quesdillas, burritos, platters, and various specials, such as the birria). We came here for lunch, and we ordered:+a pollo taco this tasted much better than it looked, but the chicken could have been more flavorful+a carne asada taco wasn't really a fan of the flavors of the carne asada, as it was bland+birria comes as a set of 3 or 4; probably one of the best birrias we've had on the east coast! These were crispy, and the filling of the birria was super generous, flavorful, and even heightened when dipping in the consommé +barbacoa de res comes as a set of 3 or 4; these were generously filled with the shredded beef; definitely better when dipped in the birria's consommé +and, horchata wasn't a fan of this drink, as it had an off putting floral note to it; didn't like this rendition of itService was super friendly and welcoming! There's also a table with a handful of chairs if you'd like to enjoy your food; most seem to call ahead or get their orders to go.Definitely would come back for their birria!Plenty of parking in the large lot.+delicious birrias!+friendly service!+plenty of parking
We got 4 burritos on 2 different occasions. They were bland, interesting, and were mostly rice. Sad to say, we would’ve been better off going to chipotle.
This has been my favorite taco truck from the very beginning; 7 years ago. The food that comes out of this truck is just exceptional, makes you always want to come back. From the different verities, my favorite are still the tacos de lengua, the sauce it’s just done, right. You can either order at the truck or order online now.
I’ve been here a few times lately and they’ve been closed every time? Can someonePlease update this if they are closed? UPDATE they are now operating out of a different truck, the old one is out of service but it’s the same food in the truck that’s in front of the old one if that makes sense, they have a table out front very accommodating people and great food.
Overall good carne asada burritos! I ask for no cream. Make sure to get extra salsa. Ask for little rice to make sure they don't skimp on meat.
