Shophouse - Silver Spring

The food is delicious. The aromas are very powerful, so some of them probably do not go together. I heard this complaint from some people, but I go for all spicy options and it tastes great. My only complaint is that you can only choose one option from any category (or pay extra) and the portions are smaller than what you would get in your usual Chipotle style restaurant.

We were pleasantly greeted at the entrance. I made my ordinary foot over the greenbeans so superior to the squash and was rewarded with a small additional veggie: they confirmed that I wanted the plastered vegetables, and I always light on the plastered vegetables, so bright in color and so bright in taste, much extra in the bowl. I like my vegan bowl with a healthy part of their Thai paprika, especially because I can't eat the Siracha they serve. When I finished eating, I was not allowed to take my garbage in the trash, no irritating person who served me my food refused to treat my trash and say that was their job. Was that an atypical event? No, I just wrote the same for most of my many visits.

When I was a boy, I was too happy with one of the mega dealers. Well, let me tell you, every employee who was with this ShopHouse today would have been fired from this store in a heartbeat. I went in and wanted to get a bowl and bail. This was my second time to eat Shophouse, and while I enjoyed the first, I decided to diverge and get the Meatball Shophouse Bowl. But when I came in, I was suddenly immersed in a world full of cheerful hospitality. The line workers called a real hello and thank you for accepting my free cone coupon without a word from Grump. There were light dance music playing, the staff laughing and talking like a group of high school friends who had all decided to have a restaurant together to Franchise, that's not to say they were unprofessional, as everything was Top Notch. I was so grounded, I decided to eat. The bowl was delicious, and everyone who went through this hour had improved his day. When I left, I just wanted to tell strangers what a great lunch experience I had! There are some meals are good, and then there are some meals where you go to cry and smile at rabbits. That was the last. Thank you for a great experience shophouse and keep it up.

Great addition to the silver spring in downtown! Now you can eat at Chipotle, Cava and Shophouse to complete the Trifecta lol. Who doesn't like rice, meat and vegetables? I personally think Shophouse offers a more balanced taste profile than the other two mentioned places. The proteins and sauces are great and the papaya chick and picking vegetables go well with every bowl.

Staff is friendly and helpful, and the ingredients are fresh and flavorful. They have great spicy hot options the green beans are so good!
