Ledo Pizza - Silver Spring

Where do I start? Fearable management, my sons Pasta was cold, sent it back to remake it... still was cold. My finances dinner was cold, service sucked... so many people went out not served dining room was evil?. These are not the LEDs we remember. Telling the truth doesn't even deserve a star. We won't be back.

I came here on Friday night and ordered a medium pizza. The guy at the counter was friendly and my order was ready as soon as I got in. So why the three stars? Well, when I came home and looked at my pizza, I realized that most of them were completely browned and almost burned. The cheese was so hard that he had no train, and I asked for extra cheese. The one corner that was not overdue was absolutely delicious, but the rest was not. It was worse than I wanted to warm it up. I couldn't remember why I stopped coming here because I always liked Ledo's pizza. But at this point, the pizza always seems a bit too overdue for my taste. Maybe I prefer a Gooey Cheesy Pizza, but this was definitely a thumb down on a cold Friday night.

It was pretty busy for Sunday. They ran out of pineapples for the pizza and some had to run to the shop to get more. Thank God Giant is here. I waited very long to be disappointed.

Put an order online and had to do it 3 times because it was the time out when I was ready to pay. Then it changed my order and made 2 of the same pizza when I placed 2 different pizza orders. Waited for an hour on board and had to call 2 times because I was suspended after I was told that it was ready, but it was not brought out. 5 minutes later. (Or policeman wanted to give tickets because the board is in a fire lane. Then home to lukewarm food and wrong order. So frustrated, especially when you say they don't know I was there when I checked in an hour before. I should have checked before I left, but then I was too frustrated? I like Ledos overall, but I need to change locations. This is not my first negative experience in customer service or on the page. Fulton, you're next.

Pizza was stunningly perfect. Pepperoni Onion, and the crust was browned but not burnt in any way. Just exactly how you would want a pizza cooked. Best pizza I've had in a long time, and I didn't even order it a little well done like everyone should do with larges from anywhere. They just knew how to make a great pizza.
