Bidra med feedbackUsually we are very satisfied with the food and service. The last three times we were there, our egg rolls and spring rolls forgot twice, and as soon as the chow mine they served was burned.
They were from a few food ideas, but we asked how long and they said no more than 20 minutes, so we went to our order, and it was hot and fresh in the 20 minutes and we paid and got home and it was still hot. The employees were very nice, but couldn't see how name tags they cried out. The store was busy.
Came through parking around the window, sat there for 10 minutes before the server came to the window. Only for them to serve someone else. Instead of taking my order, she wanted me to move around the opposite side of the building and go through the drive that was not marked by the left side of the building. Like nobody ever comes from the parking lot on the left? I understand that the order from the window is a difficult task for some, but amazing, it can be achieved. Terrible experience and waste of time.
3 stars for the good taste of honey walnut shrimp, orange chicken and various other items. Deducted 2 stars for missing items in my order. I had a big order, parked and waited less than 10min, good. I thought they had the order right, no. Drove home and no cream cheese puffs, egg rolls and a sequence of noodles. At first I felt bad, I had no money to drink, but not now.
This is the worst Panda Express ever, they consistently undercook the food, screw up your order and never fix it, over charge you when they didnt actually have the item you wanted, mix what they had with items you didnt order. Their food is poorly cooked and the way its managed is trash.
