Corfu - Sierra Madre

Usually Corfu is always delicious, came here couple weeks ago and chicken and beef kabob was a dry and the hummus was runny (watery consistency). But prior to that, the food has always been flavorful and amazing as I've been coming here since 2017

I usually post pix but forgot to take some! This is a cute place with a beautiful view of the local mountains. I had the cabbage rolls which came with grilled veggies and yellow rice. The plate was quite flavorful. Veggies were cooked just right and the rice was perfect. Cabbage rolls were traditional and did not let me down. Came with just the right amount of sauce. I'd like to return for breakfast. As I watched plates come out, each one looked better than the one before! Staff were friendly and attentive. It seems like restaurant prices are getting more expensive; but the meals here are extremely reasonable. You have the option to sit indoors or on their sidewalk patio. People watching is great from either location and you get the mountain view from both! Lots of free parking too!

Tasty lamb chops and kids spaghetti were offset by mediocre kofta and bland, somewhat dry swordfish. More importantly, service was unapologetically slow, tough with hungry kids and wifey. The live singer/guitarist was very talented and provided a nice ambience. If it were not for the service, I would be glad to try it again, but the slow service really hurt, at a time when there was only one other party awaiting food.

Always a Great and Enjoyable experience each time. I've enjoyed many dishes, and Corfu never fails to serve Excellent food and service.
