The classic place for tourists, where the customer has to suffer the arrogance of the manager who, with his team of professionals, is unable to put in a little cream, just because the can was empty, but they didn't want to accept it. when I then refused the ice cream with an inconsistent cream that was already dripping onto the hand of the occasional shop assistant, the manager was also offended and with wild eyes threw it in the dustbin.

Great place, friendly and helpful staff, meals are economically priced, food is delicious and served in a timely fashion. One street back from Piazza del Campo with a/c, bathroom, spacious seating and diverse menu. Great for families interested in a good meal for a reasonable price.

Hands down some the best moments I had in Siena for the month I was there was spent in this place. The owner and staff were amazing and friendly. The food was great for it’s price. It honestly felt like the place to be whenever it got late and you wanted to drink beers on a night out. It has a homey feel to it; every time I went with friends I felt like the cast of How I Met Your Mother in their local bar. We even got free sandwiches once in a while because we spent most our nights there and they were gonna go to waste! (they make fresh sandwiches every day)

We stopped in here for an early lunch and the price was great and the food was too, no fuss just simple food. We had tortellini and ravioli, I can't remember exactly what, but it was tasty and good coffee. Quick friendly service. The cafe decor is dated and not in the least bit trendy, but isn't needed and is part of the charm. Would visit again and recommend

A good coffee is what you need in the morning to start well... the place offers it and this is an excellent start... we were lucky enough to be looked after by kind staff and this is also definitely positive Positive experience
