Clean, great location and excellent service. The front desk team will book you a cab, make dinner reservations and will accommodate you in anyway possible! The nicest people. Breakfast was great each morning. We will stay again. I’m sure I do not have his name correct but Asheesh was so helpful and kind. The terrace was terrific for catching a sunrise/sunset. Highly recommended hotel! Staff very helpful, courteous and precise in every detail. To underline, after a telephone reservation in which we had asked if they accepted a small dog, the delicacy of having made us find a kennel and a bowl for our dog in the room! Excellent facility, well organized and clean. Courteous and very knowledgeable staff. Comfortable rooms, and the location is perfect for visiting Siena, just leave your car at the hotel and you can easily walk around. Excellent restaurant with the right value for money. Good food and friendly waiters. The breakfast is also good, and convenient until 11am, perhaps the coffee and cappuccino machine is a flaw. The midday checkout was also appreciated.
