Place was clean, and I got my food in less than 30 seconds within ordering. Best service I have ever had at not only an Arby’s, but at a fast food place in general
Went thru the drive-thru and ordered. Asked for light sauce. The employees attitude changed right away and when we got our food you coukd tell she hadn't said anything about the request. Food was very sloppy :
Food was good, service was cheerful, bathroom worked.
Jonathan the manager was very unhelpful. The online order placed was incorrect. I simply called there within 1 minute of grabbing the bag because i work across the street and eat here weekly. I told him they made a mistake and gave my 2 raost beef sandwiches and simply wanted to exchange my order for the correct items i ordered . I had ordered a chicken sandwich and mozzarella cheese sticks . All are 2 for $6 items. ANY OTHER restraunt would of just did the exchange i was not trying keep the food and get a free hand out !! I was told there was nothing he could do and for me to call the 1800 customer service number over 6 bucks . He then couldnt even get me the number and acted like it was a problem to give me the number cuz how am i suppose to have it on hand . I called the number once he then found it . They refunded my money instantly. Now i have no lunch because i do not like what they gave me . Thanks arbys! Bad experience!
