Nicky's Resort - Sidewinder

My stay at Nikki's Resort was top notch! To start with, all of the staff were friendly and very helpful. My room was spotless, and so inviting that i almost didn't want to leave to go into town. And the Wapiti restaurant has relocated from downtown to being onsite at Nikki's, which made it nice for great dining right there.

Great location but the room and service will not that great. My phone's internet service was not working so I could not see the email for check-in. Since it is an automated check-in location it became harder for the service person to come and help me check-in. It took about 15 minutes before someone could come and help me check-in.Room was okay. It doesn't give a feeling of a clean room. The sofa in front of the TV had old cover. I liked the pictures of elks and bears though.

Loved staying here! The staff was amazing and so helpful if we needed anything or had any questions. Love that is not far from the town, national park, and the Stanley Hotel.

Our bedsheets were dirty. I think they missed cleaning this room. And as there is no one to talk to if you arrive after 5pm you have to cope.The place is noisy badly soundproofed.It looks nice and there has been given a good amount of attention to detail. Heating Water all work perfectly well. Parking on the property is possible.You will not meet anyone from the staff, they are only reachable by phone between 09am and 5pm. Lockbox+Keys+SMS when u leave.
