Bidra med feedbackWe had a group of 3 and paid $300 for the food. The prices were a little expensive for what it was worth. I got the snapper expecting the entire fish but it was cut up for $80. The menu said market price but I didn’t expect it to be that expensive. I should have asked for the price so that was on me. My group agreed that the pulpo enamorado (octopus leg) was the best part followed by the snowman dessert. The service was nice. We had multiple people checking in on us to make sure we were okay
This is was bad experience.food is 3 star for me, service I would give 1 star. Drink was good. They need to train waiters not to be rude. I think they have 20% tip included plus 3% restaurant wants for themself thats why they don’t care about service they provide.
Very bad service. We were 7 people, all dissatisfied. Never coming back again. This is Chicago, if you can’t deliver good service, learn from other good restaurants!!
If you think you’re going to get a Michelin star experience because of the “Michelin” star chef, then I would reconsider. We ordered the steak tartar expecting some level of higher quality tartar than our local restaurant, but we were basically ordered guacamole. Then, my wife got a red snapper and I got a pork shank. The red snapper is fried fish, and worst of all, burnt fried fish. Go to McDonald’s or Culvers for their fish and chips instead. Or, go to El Barco Mariscos for a way better red sn … – show
Ok for the price. I ordered the cheapest entree- Chile relleno, and it was just, well, ok. I judge a kitchen on how they handle their least expensive option. It was presented beautifully but flavor was lacking in any kind of punch or distinct, beautiful taste. Good! But not worth the cost. Unsure about the hype.
