Sunny's Diner - side

What a nice little gem with easy access off University Drive. Guatemalan coffee was smooth and delicious. Service was spot on perfect. Usual diner variety of choices, something for everyone.

Wow, this is a great breakfast place!! We happen to be in the Tempe/ASU area and was in need of a breakfast place. TripAdvisor led me here. We were seated quickly, and given a large menu. We had trouble deciding they were so many delicious looking choices. We settled on the chocolate chip pancakes meal, the banana nut French toast meal, and a skillet. I can't recall the last time I went to a restaurant ordered French toast and actually got three real slices of French toast, not just triangles. Chocolate chip pancakes were huge, fluffy and delicious. The skillet was also tasty. Fresh, delicious and made to order, one can taste the difference. Our server, Jett, was very attentive, and servers were quick with refills of water or coffee. Definitely wanting to go back again!

Enjoyed the Irish omelette. Come early hot lunch spot. Diverse menu with many great choices. Good service. Located in a shopping center so parking is the only down side

This is always a great place to eat. I had the whole hog omelette and it was very tasty. I’ve eaten here several times and I’ve never been disappointed.

I believe this place is normally pretty busy but I timed it just right. Service was quick and friendly. I had the chicken fried steak with gravy, three eggs, hash browns and, toast. Everything was very tasty b
