Roti Lake Michigan - side

I ordered lunch for 9 people to have delivered for a team meeting, and the food never showed. Roti said it was Door Dash’s fault and took zero ownership even though I ordered and paid through the Roti website. Extremely disappointed and angry, steer clear!!

When I order Uber I just want to be able to order a bowl of chicken like for 5 scoops of chicken and I can't!.. I have to get the stupid saffron rice or the stupid cauliflower thing and then what happens if 90% of the bowl is just rice. I don't want that… I want like just chicken.. I don't want to order with spinach or other leavs because then the bowl is 90% spinach or other leaves. Just adjust ur uber menu to give me your chicken or Im not coming back!

Idk why ppl are giving one star. This place is awesome. Very good and tasty food. Well balanced Mediterranean tastes from pre selected menu options. Wide selection of dishes. Very clean place. Flip the bird and chicken cauliflower bowls highly recommended. Very helpful staff members, Marte rocks!!! Thank you for the amazing experience. Food was very very good.

I had ordered a rice bowl with pita, spicy hummus with pita and falafel side. There should be 2 pita but there was only 1. Also the amount of food in the bowl was just 50% of the normal. Not sure if this is because I ordered from doordash but this is really horrible.

I was a huge fan of Roti and have eaten there more than 50 times in the last year. Lately, they have raised prices dramatically, reduced the portion sizes, and the quality has gone done. I'm fine with restaurants raising prices to deal with rising food and labor costs, but it's gone way, way beyond that with Roti. Would not recommend them to anyone.
