Rosebud Steakhouse - side

When I walked through the door, I was transported back in time to an old school Italian steakhouse. It would be tough to say what Rosebud does best. The food, the ambiance, the cleanliness, the customer service or their mouth watering dishes all fight for first place on the list of reasons I look forward to next time! I had the filet and it was perfectly seasoned and expertly prepared, plated and served. We also enjoyed the bone-in veal, Dover Sole, lamb pops, shrimp cocktail, Brussel sprouts, different salads (couldn’t choose just one), drinks from an extensive cellar and fully stocked bar followed by a array of unbelievable desserts Thank you, Rosebud, for an incredible dining experience.

Classic old school steakhouse with good food and servers that pay attention to the details.

The food is amazing. I have always had amazing food and drinks and thr service is exceptional. This place is a must visit.

We were visiting from Toronto and were staying at the Knickerbocker hotel. We were pleasantly surprised to find a steakhouse right across the street. The staff was friendly and the food was great. You need to try the delicious crispy Brussels sprouts with bacon and honey mustard glaze. They were amazing.

Really fantastic! Understated but not overrated. Awesome service and staff went out of their way to make our anniversary special. Even to take time to give us some great must sees for first Timers in Chicago!
