Rosati's Pizza Of Chicago - side

My husband and I visited Chicago for our anniversary. We ordered a pizza at 11:49PM off their website. We called 30min later to ask a simple question about delivery to our hotel. There was not a delivery estimated time. The girl kept hanging up the phone. She cussed my husband out. She said they were busy there. Our pizza never showed up. They charged my card anyways. I would not recommend based on customer service.

My wife and I ordered a deep dish pizza ahead. The pie was amazing and the service was excellent!!

Horrible place....very dirty and poor customer service

For mother's Day I ordered a pan of hot wings a pan of plain wings a pizza Cesar salad and ravioli for the mother's at my job. Everything was good EXCEPT the wings were burnt. Burnt wings in hot sauce. I figured an 11:15a delivery would provide fresh food but I now believe either the wings were from the night before or the employees were still asleep. Unfortunately that was the meat for the whole meal.

Staff was super nice that pizza is to die for. Crust was buttery crunchy and the sauce is so tasty. Highly recommend
