Living Water Tea House - side

One of the best teas I’ve had in this area. Got the rose ceylon black tea and it was divine, I would want to buy the loose leaf if it was sold. They do sell other loose leaf teas. Interior is simple and pretty with seating.

Fantastic milk tea and boba. Really appreciate that this place is walking distance from campus. Probably a good thing it's a bit farther because I'd be going there more otherwise

I think the space is awesome… very chill. Promotes local artists which is cool.

I love the cozy atmosphere, sadly they only take card but I love the moon cakes. They also have very nice staff

OKAY! I LOVED!! The ambiance! The cotton cheesecake!! THE MANGO RICE BOBA TEA!! WOW if you’ve never tried a cotton cheesecake this place has an immaculate one. so soft with a hint of sweet and the put a syrup and berries on top. will def be returning!
