Burger Chicago - side

Went for dinner before a concert. Took 20 min for a waiter to even acknowledge our presence, then never got us water, we had to get our own at the bar. It took 55 min from the time we sat until we got our food. We told the waiter that we were on a time crunch, and he was still very delayed on serving us, getting our bill, and returning our credit card. The food was delicious, but the service was very disappointing. It wasn't that full and no one even apologized.

We went to see Janda from 97.1 The Drive, food was great! Our server, Carmen (spelling? , was very upbeat and attentive even with how busy it was. We will definitely be coming back :

What great place. I was craving a burger and this hit the spot. I ordered a build your own burger with the house chips and they were filling without leaving me feeling gross and stuffed. The server was attentive and kind. I hope to be back the next time I am in town.

Starting with Sheridan, the general manager, we experienced one of the most welcoming and best service experiences at any restaurant we've ever gone to. They were great with our son's nut allergies, and the burgers were cooked perfectly and tasted amazing!

Best veggie burger out there and great beer selection !
