Bibim Town - side

This is some of the best bi bim bap I've had outside of Korea. Perfect flavors and fresh ingredients. So glad to have found this place!!!

Bibim Town is a wonderful introduction to some of the common yet simple Korean dishes for your average Chicagoan. It is more of a fast casual type, and not a restaurant that serves a full course traditional Korean meal with soups or side dishes. Their best dishes are the Bibimbap and Jjolmyeon (noodle), which packs alot of flavor, fresh ingredients, and a healthy balance of protein and vegetables of your choosing. I love their lunch boxes, which come with little extra side dishes like pickles, crispy vegetable pancake, and a fried dumpling.
