Bavette's Boeuf - side

My criticisms lie with the overall service philosophy of hogsalt restaurants, just thought i’d hit them where it hurts at my most recent experience. it truly gets in the way of my enjoyment of the above average food when i get this sickly, cold and inauthentic feeling the whole time. if you like disney world you will love hogsalt restaurants.

Wet. (Aka 5/5) Especially if you bring a girl who will pay for all of it. Good food and good atmosphere.

Great from beginning to end. Tasty, generous cocktails and the best sourdough bread I’ve had started the evening. The dry aged strip was perfect as was my wife’s petit filet. Side dishes were also wonderful. Our server was friendly and professional and the atmosphere downstairs in the parlor was perfect. Great spot for a big budget meal.

Seafood tower and the steak were both excellent. The sides were so good I would go back just for the sides.

Dry aged rib eye (4* couldn't really taste the dry aged part but the charred crust was delicious and it was cooked well with a fair amount of fat. Plenty of garlic in the add on. Sides were fantastic. 5* on both the garlic mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts. Mixed greens salad was alright, I would stick to the sides next time. Chocolate cream pie 4*: great crust, I wished the cream on top had more vanilla flavor and the chocolate wasn't too rich
