Mallki Restaurant - Sicuani

Ok. This was a surprise. Last year this place was another business entirely and we went today since we had a good experience. The experience today was OUT OF THIS WORLD. I mean, I'm coming back to Sicuani ONLY to eat here again. All the dishes are AMAZING and most of them are chef creations that I haven't seen anywhere in the World. Please if somebody in the cooking business reads this, make sure you make this chef famous. This is a MUST. Recommended: Lomo con mango y chimichurry, lomo con aguaymanyo and tiradito de alpaca.

We enjoyed our dinner here after we came back from the alternative rainbow mountain. was really tasty and the huh was my favorite, even as that was from my wife. I ate lomo salado, which was also incredible.
