Clerk at counter was super friendly , but place was busy, and only other person working there was doing garbage . Guess working up frront wasn't her place . But clerk at cash handled it all in stride. Good girl?

Was very disappointed in staff at 2 am. After purchasing fuel came in to use facility … in emergency staff refused me access to washroom .. I can see if busy or if floor was being washed or wet. .. but pretty bad when coworker even said … really you are gonna make her go elsewhere???Shame on you !!!

Worst 7-11 on the planet, mostly because of the menopausal Rude manager with customer service skills of a rabid pitbull most locals refuse to shop here because of the lack of friendly and helpful service, poor cleanliness, stocking and staffing, although there are good staff here they have been bullied into submission so poor service and lack of motivation are the norm, it’s sad because this location could offer so much if managed by a professional with proper retail management experience.The selection is good, the products are adequate pricing is a high compared to Shell or Esso and the gas prices are on average 10 cents higher than Salmon Arm which is only 28km away even Malawkwa down the road is cheaper so most locals choose to keep on driving rather than put up with the abuse and high prices. Again it’s a shame because this place could be so good but unfortunately it’s being held back just sad really.

Went at 4 pm, had the $13 chicken and wedges combo. Has to be the worst chicken and wedges I have ever had from here. Everything was so dried out almost dust. The service was awful. Amir couldn't care less if people came in or not. Definitely not the service we have come to expect in Sicamous. Do not recommend.

Need to change their oil a little more often like they did in the beginning when it was first built it was amazing.Now they usually have a slightly weird taste to it and I swear it's burnt oil.
