Alpha Picerija - Sibenik

According to the reviews we had no expectation. But was a really pleasant experience. Nice waiter. Perfect food. Best mixed meat so far in 11 years in Croatia and a perfect chicken salad.

Visited Aug 2022. Food was superb and a much more reasonable price than everywhere else in the area. Especially if you are staying at the local D resort. We weren't expecting anything following the reviews on here. Had a pizza each and they were brilliant. Thick flakes of tuna on one and fresh sardines on the other. The comments about rude waitors... I'd say there might be language barriers that give this impression...look at the reviews... they are dealing with a global market. We went when it wasn't busy but I can imagine that there could be a significant wait on a busy day. Huge seating area and a tiny kitchen by the look of it. Definitely going to be back before the end of our holiday here.

Matte best chef in Sibenik and waiters are really nice, especially Tina.

Despite other reviews we found waiter friendly, service was prompt, pizzas were fine, house wine was good. Price very reasonable. Best of all, after a days lively sailing it was very near!
