Papa John's Pizza - Shropshire

Just while I'm catching up on writing reviews for other places, i can't forget to write a review for this place to explain how useless they are. Back when covid started (March 2020 I believe i placed the order), I'd ordered a pizza with dips. After 2 hours, the pizza arrived stone cold with no dips, the driver was a bit aggressive and said it wasn't his fault, he will go back and get the dips but it may be another hour or so. I phoned the store and got through to someone who claimed to be a manager (laughable) I explained the situation saying it was unacceptable to have a stone cold pizza with only half the order delivered after waiting 2 hours. Obviously i was annoyed with this, but to make the situation worse, rather than trying to fix it he hung up the phone on me instead. I called back, even more angry, he agreed to send a replacement pizza. the replacement also took 2 hours, also was stone cold but at least i had the over priced dips. Subsequently I am no longer a customer of this place and never shall be again. Plenty more great places out there for a much cheaper price and way better service. thanks for doing me a favour, it's another venue that's literally lost thousands and thousands of pounds from me

Ordered food,1st lot, 1061448938,was told delivery would be 21:15,now22:03 and still waiting,phoned shop,was told just got delivery but i put two orders in for same items and shop said,only just got order,i said thats the second order not the first,i ordered two by mistake,was then told,not my problem and he hung up on me.

So my partner and I took the 2 kids to get a pizza after the footie. After looking at the menu for not even a minute the cashier tried to rush us along and speed up ordering. We said we needed more time so he rudely started tapping his fingers on the worktop and kicking the counter out of frustration. We placed 2 separate orders, first one for two pizzas and the second order for another two and we were told it would take about 20 minutes. Soo pizzas arrived and we left to go home. When we got home we realised the very rude cashier had completely messed up both orders. How difficult is it to take note of two orders with only 2 pizzas on each order?? What a joke. Will not be going back again. Management could train there staff in customer service to a higher standard and also how to re-read orders back to the customer to make sure everything is correct. All in all a waste of time and money. Papa John's is a disgrace.

I had been buy Garden Party Pizza every Friday for almost three years and papa John never disappoints us. Very delicious and made from best ingredients..... Congratulations to Mr Singh and his team for being consistent in maintaining such a high standard.

Do yourself a favour and take your custom elsewhere. The pizza was mediocre and cold when it arrived. We didn't get part of our order and after phoning up about it and being told it was on its way, it never did arrive. The service was very slow and the pizza very poor. Save your money. Definitely Domino's pizza for me from now on.
