Starbucks - Shreveport

This location is what you have come to expect from a Starbucks location. Probably the most high traffic location, so can be busy at times.

OMG totally in love with the Carmel Ribbon Crunch Frapp Now

The past 3 times I have went they have continued to get my order wrong. Asked for white hot chocolate, got regular with a shot of espresso? The next time they gave a white mocha, now I asked for the toasted white chocolate mocha frap. I get a regular white mocha frap. I’m so aggravated and annoyed by this i never have time to get it fixed bc it’s so busy and I don’t have time. It’s just annoying. I love Starbucks but not if this is gonna keep happening. Horrible taste and too much waiting time. Not recommended here. Try some other Starbucks place.

This one always takes care of me and for what ever reason in my experience is better than the other area locations (especially the one on industrial loop) in customer service and drink quality. Thank you!
