Fish was good. Shrimp-Poboy was good. cole Slav was badly taken a bite and had to spit it out. overall, this place is not recommended, as it is quite dirty. wait was very long. I guess that's why there were no refund marks everywhere.

The whole catfish with rice and gravy was great, the salad was a bit on need something side. It was a few pieces of lettuce, they gave a large bag of choice dressing. I Would recommend them for Fried Catfish with rice and gravy.

The food was okay, but they need some help in the kitchen as that wait time was unacceptable. The inside of the business needs to be cleaned better as the floor and tables were sticky and it did smell as though a sour mop was used or a sour washtowel. Being from out of town that is not a good luck you want to present.

The wait was long, the dirty rice was horrible (spolied), but the shrimp fried rice was the best that I've ever had !!! The Highlight is definitely the owner...Good spirited person, awesome personality, million dollar smile, and his customer service is 100 you can tell that he cares...He jus needs a winning team to make it more amazing...I have no doubt that he'll achieve that. I'll go back because of him and also the menu is impressive. I'm curious.

One of the best kept secrets in shreveport. Always great food and nice atmosphere. Almost never so overcrowded that it’s discouraging to dine there. Welcomed the BTW C/O 1972 with open arms. Thanks Mr Smith and crew,BTW C/O 72
