Hana Steak Seafood Sushi - Shreveport

Visited this evening with family and friends and we all had a good time. Staffing was very friendly and being seated took no time. We all mostly had steak, chk, shrimp, fried rice and vegs. Also the really good soup, salad and the delicious lsu sushi.The main course food was fresh, hot and good cooked right in front of us. I think everyone took to go plates home to lol.....youare definitely getting your money worth in the portion amount you get. I think next time I'll try the lobster and filet mignon.Our chef was very entertaining and made the experience enjoyable. Thank you guys.

Would give them 10/5 stars if I could! my family and I had wonderful time dining at this place earlier and my 4 years old son had a blast watching hibachi chef cooking in front of him

The atmosphere was dry when we walked in. I can say the one other table was having fun. But....our experience wasn't so good. No one said wait we will be with you shortly...nothing. The waitress took our adult drink order. Came back never said we don'thave the main ingredient to make the drink. When he said there's no alcohol in this...she then mentioned we didn't have it. Soyou just don't say anything??? And want me to pay? The cook/chef came to the table never said a word. Never hello....nointroduction. Just started cooking. No tricks...no words....no TIP! I finally said you sure are quite. Food was ok. I won't beback Stick with my favorite Tokyo! Maybe mid week was a bad night. And yes the waitress in spite of got a very nice tip!

We sat at the hibachi table and our chef was very good friendly. It was my birthday, so he did a little extra in presentation. He sang happy birthday as well. We enjoyed him.

It had been a while since I had been there. But the service was very slow and once I ordered they came out 4 minutes later telling me they were out of pork. And the onion rings were not done. Food came out separate, my wife first and then mine, about3 minutes later. Not a very friendly atmosphere. Steak was very dry. I had forgotten about the bad service. Never again. Pleasetry something else.
