Applebee's Grill - Shreveport

They need to clean the carpet in there. It was smelly. Made me sick to the stomach. I had to bring my food home.

I ordered the ribs with fries and the fries were hot as if just cooked, the ribs were cold not even warm I didn't send them back for many reasons but they gave me free dessert it was the lava cake with ice cream it was good but I'm never ordering ribs again

Staff was not rude per se, just not very attentive. Steak was undercooked.

If there was a way to leave a review and give half a star I would. Walked in no greeting. Stood for 10 minutes with no service. Waitresses would rather sit 4 to a table In the back corner. Finally someone comes over takes our drink order and at this point we already order with her there. Took 20 minutes to get a soda and 35 minutes to get a bottle of beer. First off no greeting upon entrance no seating had to seat myself… no acknowledgement of even a hello… welcome… all we got was a hands up…ordered my so called alcoholic beverage that took 25 min.
