Charley’s Steak House - Shorter

I was deeply offended by the comments that one one the male staff members made to my minor child regarding his lips! This was inappropriate, disrespectful, unprofessional and should not be condoned at all! I was so upset seeing how uncomfortable he made my son. When I questioned the young man about his comments he ignored me as if he didn't hear me. I then asked to speak to a manager. The cashier Pierre explained that he was the manager and dm. And that he shared the same disappointment with the comments that he witnessed. And then said that unfortunately some people are close minded! I reiterated my point and that he was a minor child and how many beyond inappropriate it was. I even said that the staff member's role was not to make inappropriate comments. I asked for his contact information for a follow up but he left and did not return. I own several business in Atlanta and would under no circumstances tolerate that type of toxic behavior from any of my staff as it is a poor reflection of my company and would not risk that type of social liability. I will never return to Charley's and I do feel the need to protect my child from predators so I will be seeking legal counsel on this matter! I'm so disappointed all the way around.

All the food but watch out they charge you for a refill without your consent and if you leave right away your screwed with the .50 cents they charged you. I realize they charged me a refill and went ask for a refill and the lady tells me we charge for refill I'm like excuse me but you have charged for the refill already and without notifying me and she's like i'm gonna give it to you this time I'm like excuse me you're not giving me anything for free you have charged me already and I already paid for it. I strongly recommend you seeing your reciept when you pay and you will notice a .50 cent refill charge without telling you. ?

Food is great, place is clean. Connected to TA truckstop. Got the refular phily and cheese fries. Nothing better!

We are big fans of the Charley 's Philly Steaks restaurants, absolutely amazing food and great quality. Normally I get the same plain old cheddar Turkey sandwich, but to my surprise this particular restaurant did not have the sandwich. So studying the menu I came across the bacon provolone cheese steak. Going to be blunt the presentation of the sandwich didn 't met my expectations. Until I took a bite out of it, and I was overwhelmed with the whole thing. It was a perfect amount of cheese, and I adored the overwhelming bacon pieces. But I didn 't get too far from trying something new, I did get my favorite cheese fries. I just couldn 't resist, and they were fresh and no where near soggy. Moving on to the workers, they were so upbeat and building each other up. It was nice to see them work well as a group and made each meal out at a decent amount of time. We also noticed the woman taking our order was still fairly new, and we not being from around here, kept messing each other up! Total mistake, but at least we were relieved with our order and customer service. My husband wanted to say something 's about his meal, he got the new special fries called the Ultimate Fries add jalapeños, and wings called the Nashville Hot. The fries came in a big container probably made for two, so he ended up saving the wings for later but boy didn 't they smell really good. They were made fresh and it was really good he stated while I integrated him about his fries,, just kidding of course!!. Overall, the meal was fantastic and definitely will be adding this restaurant in particular to my watch list. So when I 'm ever in town I 'll swing by to grab a bite. For those who never ate at this place, please do! It 's we 'll worth the wait. Little pricey but like I said, worth it.
