Casa Maya became my visit during the pandemic and I love coming here for dinner every week. Your food is consistently delicious and the family that runs the restaurant is always so friendly.

Burrito Diablo and vaqueros nachos flipin delicious! Steak and chicken, Diablo sauce not hot, but it's really good! First timer, will be back!

We are some regular patrons of this institution. Your food is excellent, but the service seems to be somewhat unorganized and confused. Cinco de Mayo was a crazy visit. I don't just want to embarrass her in this review, but that was a bad day. You were super busy. Usually everything is fantastic and there are no problems here. Everyone has a bad day.

Food: 8/10 Service: 8/10 Cleanliness: 10/10 I ordered the spicy Steak Burrito. The steak was soft and was made very good. The black beans I ordered could have been cooked a bit, but I would say I was satisfied with my plate. My wife ordered the Tilapia. The Tilapia tasted good, but it was super salty. Not sure whether we cover something or if it was just a mistake (or the setup excessively salts of Tilapia). She liked the taste, but also agreed, it was just a little salty. The last record was the Steak Taco dinner. The Taco Steak was soft. The tortillas were beautifully roasted. If you want honest reviews like these for your setup, feel free to reach!

The only thing you should remember when trying this restuarant is; good food takes time. Keep in mind the tacos you complain about with meat that is chewy and over cooked is rushed. If I can give 10 stars I would! Definitely worth your time. Enjoy!
